Lifting communities. Supporting women.

Female providers are critical to the U.S. healthcare system—stabilizing workforce capacity and improving patient care, experience, and survival. But statistically, women working in healthcare make less, have fewer opportunities for upward mobility, and hold additional unpaid home and career responsibilities that contribute to burnout, mental health challenges, and job attrition.

Who we help

The Zorya Foundation supports women in healthcare by directly addressing the needs and challenges impacting their career, families, and overall wellbeing.
